  • A focused, trauma-informed 3 hour session designed to help adults understand and shift long-standing patterns. This intensive supports insight, regulation and next-step planning and is not a replacement for ongoing therapy.

  • A focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy for high-achieving adults whose mind doesn’t slow down. Your body feels tense. Rest feels uncomfortable or undeserved.

    This 2-hour intensive is designed to help interrupt anxiety-driven overfunctioning, slow internal urgency and restore a sense of emotional steadiness without diving into trauma processing or long-term therapy commitments.
